Can we charge our electric car at your campsite?

Yes, we have 4 charging stations with Tesla destination chargers, type 2 charging cables. You can charge overnight, and the price is NOK 200. Payment can be made at the reception or via Vipps to 695129.

Do you have WiFi?

→

Yes, it's free for all our guests. No password required!

Do we need to bring our own bed linens?

→

All our cabins are equipped with duvets and pillows. You can either bring your own bed linens or rent them from us for NOK 90. This includes a duvet cover, pillowcase, and sheet. If you want towels included, the total package is NOK 120 per set (includes one large and one small towel).

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome at the campsite as long as they do not disturb other guests. It is important that you, as the dog's owner, clean up after it. Dogs must be kept in a crate inside the cabins. We also have some pet-free cabins, so please specify this when booking.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM.

What time is check-out?

→

Check-out is by 11:00 AM for cabins and by 12:00 PM for motorhomes, caravans, and tents.

When is the reception open?

→

The reception is open every day from 8:00 AM. Freshly baked rolls can be ordered the night before and are ready by 8:00 AM.

When is the restaurant open?

The restaurant is open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the school holidays (June 20th to August 20th).

Is there a grocery store nearby?

→

Yes! We sell basic necessities at the kiosk. Larger stores, gas stations, bakeries, etc., can be found in Soknedal, 4 km north (5 minutes by car), and Berkåk, 14 km south (10 minutes by car).

‍PS! There is a toll road between Gullvåg and Soknedal. The toll can be avoided as follows: Drive north on the E6 and take the first exit on the right, cross the bridge over the E6, and follow Kongeveien to Soknedal center. It's 5.2 km and takes 8 minutes by car. Link to the route on Google Maps.

From Soknedal, you can continue to Støren without passing the toll. Here, you'll find a wide selection of groceries, clothing, shoes, flowers, dining options, and more.

Can we bring our own bed linens?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own bed linens.

Can we check in after 11:00 PM?

→

If you have rented a cabin and see that you will arrive after closing time, it's no problem. Please call the reception in advance to let us know, and we will make arrangements.

Can we reserve a spot for a tent, motorhome, or caravan in advance?

Yes. However, we have reserved some spots for drop-ins, so there may still be available spaces even if online booking shows full. If you're unsure, feel free to call us at +47 72434936

What time is the campsite open for check-in?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

Can we check in after 11:00 PM with a motorhome, caravan, or tent?

No, unfortunately not. This is out of consideration for our guests who have paid for a quiet overnight stay.

Do we need coins or tokens for the shower?

No, showers are included in the accommodation.
